Students will continually apply their practical experience and theory knowledge to use as they have shared responsibility for the school site, working together to decide how they want to further develop it.

Drawing upon idea of the work of The Activity Programme trialled by the Government in 2013

•Integrate local businesses

As part of the school design, local businesses will have offices in the school site, as a way of integrating the community and helping to inspire NEET learners. Not only this, but it also helps to dispel the negative stigma associated with NEETs, as business site workers will see what huge potential our learners have to offer.
